Teachers in school told her that she need to wait again, and come back in the end of April."

Super Duper Double Triple Upset. Very unsatisfied lorh. After April, there will not left much time for me. I need to do the procedure of school transfer, buying school stuffs and etc etc.
I feel very frustrated to the government. How can they do things like that???? Wait and wait and wait??? This procedure of waiting is wasting my precious time. Come 'mon, it's just a small matter. Take action fast a bit larrr. Don't just ask us to wait.
