Hey hey ho ho! It's Saturday again! Another 2 days to rest :D Woooohoooooo~~~ Okay not really(for me), I got to start working on my last 2 assignments! Have to settle it this weekend! For your information, I only taking this course for my major as this is the only course the Uni offered us, which is script writing, now these 2 assignments are writing scripts, individual and group work, total up of 30 ++ pages need to be done! Gosh plenty things haven't start yet and I am here to blog? Lol as promised, I must update in more :) See, I kept my words xD Okay, today gonna update about the event I joined on March! It was a showing talent event annually, which showing the martial arts of chinese :D And the event was named as Kung Fu Night! Event : Kung Fu Night Date : 30th March 2013 Venue : Dewan Tuanku Syed Putra(DTSP), Penang I was there as the position of Protocol, which ushered the VIPs of the event. People who know me definitely be surprise that I joined this kind of uni event as I am a lazy bump and otoku lol. Well I had to said I was surprise by my own selves joining this kind of event! xD All because of the points that get me a higher chances to get my hostel! Oh yea! My uni has limited spaces of hostel to rent out and most of the 3rd year students can't get a ticket in hostel because they are inactive in activities that are others than studies. The scared-to-death-me as I still want to get a place in hostel for my senior year, I shall work for it! So protocol is a job that is not that hard but I was wrong! Cause when I signed up for this job I thought it was an easy job lol. I also won't do this job when there is no friend accompany me! xD (hate to be lonely ma) A lot of my friends unexpectedly joined in and yes, the school of communication rule half of the position hahahahaha. So this was making the job more fun :D Back to the event, the day was a mess up and busy day! In the early of morning, all the performers and crews had to be there for the last rehearsal. Nevermind, you asked us to be there at 8am we were there. But then what made us pissed off was their time management. Ended up the rehearsal start around 11am(if not mistaken) =.= What to do, cannot blame, cause we were the "so not important peoples" zzzzzzzz Because of the late rehearsal and finished it late, those of us who need to drive to Georgetown for hair done and make up were dragged until 2.30pm to start going there. The event was supposed to start at 7pm but due to many of us(including 6 emcees and 17 protocols), the hair and make up was done very slow. Plus traffic jam in the evening, the 1st batch to back(6 including me) to uni was 6pm already zzzzzz rush to put those pamplet into the booklet and what the, when we finished everything was almost 7pm ad we still haven't changed and brief for the last time! Gan cheong-ness x10000000! Outside the hall was filled of many audiences and we still can't allowed them to enter. Oh my god, busy this and that and this and that until can faint =.= Lastly, everything still run quite smooth but there were still some holes of the event. For example, when the most VVIP(The headmaster of my uni) reached, he didn't staright away entered the hall but went into the VVIP's room. The emcee inside the hall mistakenly announced his arrival but VVIP was not there! Big mistake *smack head* This was the most memorable shame I ever remembered although there were more*mempersiasuikan* Anyway, we were having fun at the same time and of course #girlsbeinggirls, lot of pictures were taken xD Thanks to everyone's cooperation and yours truly got to say, NO MORE NEXT TIME! lol Noooooow pictures posting time!
